At The Print Dr, we take pride in delivering high-quality custom printing, embroidery, DTF transfers, graphic design, and personalized merchandise. Every order is produced with attention to detail and according to our customers' specifications.

All Custom Sales Are Final

ALL CUSTOM SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES.

Due to the personalized nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for custom-made or personalized orders based on changes of mind, incorrect customer-selected sizes, or other customer preferences.

This policy applies to:

Custom screen-printed apparel
Custom embroidery and embroidered merchandise
DTF transfers and heat-pressed apparel
Custom T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and uniforms
Personalized promotional products and accessories
Custom graphic design, logos, and artwork services

Exceptions apply for verified defects, errors made by The Print Dr, and circumstances where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Artwork Approval

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all artwork proofs before approving production.

Please verify spelling, colors, sizing, design placement, quantities, and other specifications.

Once artwork is approved and production begins, orders cannot ordinarily be changed or canceled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or mistake caused by The Print Dr, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs when possible.

We will review your claim and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include correcting, replacing, or refunding the affected products.

The 7-day reporting request does not limit rights provided under applicable law.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders are generally non-cancelable and non-refundable, subject to applicable law.

Charges for completed design work, materials, or other services may apply to cancellations requested before production.

Color and Printing Variations

Minor differences in print colors, garment shades, embroidery stitching, and design placement may occur due to production methods, materials, and display settings.

Reasonable variations within agreed production specifications are not considered defects.
